Cancellation Policy
We get it life happens, so if crisis arise, reach out. Your therapists book space, prep and plan accordingly, we would appreciate if you do too. Jane allows you to sign up for reminders to assist and support you- if you need help arranging, reach out.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, WE REQUIRE 24- HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
If the pattern of frequent no-show, non-payment and cancellation policy continues and the professional relationship is no longer viable or you are implicitly withdrawing, we will be following a formal termination process which includes a final attempt to engage, a written notice, and a list of referrals for alternative services will be provided.
The specified therapist reserves the right to terminate services if all opportunities for engagement and repairing therapeutic rapport have been explored. Patients who provide less than 24 HOURS NOTICE or miss their appointment, WILL BE CHARGED UP TO 100% CANCELLATION FEE. BENEFIT COVERAGE WILL ALSO NOT BE ELIGIBLE
