I am a counsellor who believes that healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, where I prioritize creating a supportive space that honours each client’s lived experience, strengths, and resilience. I work collaboratively with clients, meeting them where they are and tailoring the therapeutic process to their unique needs and goals. I am a master’s in counselling psychology graduate, currently in the process of receiving my Canadian Counselling Certification- Qualifying. I integrate a variety of evidence-based interventions into my work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This flexible approach allows me to support clients in building practical coping skills, developing insight, and creating meaningful change. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward a life that aligns with their values.
I have experience working with many age groups and can provide support for ages as young as 5. In my personal life I enjoy travelling, playing sports, getting outside with my pup, and DIY’s.
