I have always felt passionate about mental health advocation and found the best way to acknowledge mental health challenges is by joining to counselling field. I create a non-judgemental space and work collaboratively to establish your desired goals. My counselling style includes using a holistic and trauma-informed approach to ensure the safety of my clients. I align with using cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy to achieve goals and reduce symptoms. I also believe art therapy can be an effective way to express and explore emotions and thoughts.
Outside of work I enjoy staying active by playing sports such as softball and hockey. I also enjoy travelling, taking my dog on adventures, boating, crafting and DIY’s. If you believe we align I would love to help you become the best version of yourself, whatever that means to you!
Reach out to us now to get on her list for September and keep sending us your requests for our upcoming Fibryo groups.
