Dr. Campbell is registered for autonomous practice with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). She is authorized to provide psychological services to adults with approved competency in clinical psychology and forensic/correctional psychology. Dr. Campbell graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario and received her M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Lakehead University. Dr. Campbell shared that her training in Northwestern Ontario shaped her professional identity, reinforcing her commitment to public service.
She has worked in various settings, including hospitals (inpatient and forensics), federal corrections, and outpatient mental health programs in urban and rural areas. Dr. Campbell has years of experience working with Indigenous populations. She is grateful for the opportunity to return to NWO, where she will be offering psychological assessments with the aim of reducing barriers to equitable mental health care and access to benefits.
Clinical specializations include trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Intellectual Disability, ADHD), psychosis, sexual deviance and personality disorders.
Assessments will be conducted in Kenora periodically or virtually.
