Alice is a Registered Social Worker with Ontario Social Worker & Social Service Worker of Ontario & Ontario Association of Social Workers. Alice offers Virtual and phone services in English.
Alice is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, DBT, Focus Complex Trauma, Mindfulness and Trauma- Informed Somatic Movement.
Alice is grounded in Traditional Knowledge and offers a holistic, person-centered approach from a Two-eyed seeing perspective. She specializes in Trauma, Complex Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Hoarding, Anxiety, Relationships issues, domestic violence, stress & burnout, life transitions, and spirituality.
Alice is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and she sees indiviudals ages 16++.
