Bethany Bullock
Registered Psychotherapist.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) with over a decade of experience supporting children, youth, and families in both school and community mental health settings. My work is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that recognizes the deep connection between mind and body. I integrate my yoga training into my clinical practice, incorporating body-based and mindfulness strategies to support emotional regulation, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
Throughout my career, I have provided individual, group, and family counselling, as well as parenting support. I value collaboration and have worked closely with educators, community partners, and cultural teams to deliver programming that is both evidence-based and culturally meaningful. My clinical work is informed by training in trauma, attachment, and neurodevelopment, and I strive to create safe, supportive spaces where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Practicing with cultural humility is central to my approach. As a parent to Indigenous children, I bring a deep respect for Indigenous perspectives and ways of knowing, and I am committed to ongoing learning and reflection in my practice.
I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and am eager to continue growing my clinical skills. I am particularly interested in expanding my experience in private practice and deepening my therapeutic work with children, youth, and families.
