Why work with me?
I believe that every human being has the inner strength to face life’s challenges. My hope is to help you tap into your own strengths and resources so we can work together in achieving your goals. Whether you want to work on learning coping skills or improving relationships, I meet you where you are at and I go at your own pace.
I implement a client-centered and trauma-informed approach when working with people. My specialty is working with individuals with trauma, depression, self-esteem issues, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, panic, and OCD. I am also a huge proponent of incorporating self-compassion in my therapy approach because we can all learn to be kinder towards ourselves.
