I am a Registered Social Worker, graduating from University of Manitoba in 2022. I have been a counsellor for the past 3+ years and have been working in the community mental health field since 2016.
I strive to provide a space in which you feel comfortable talking about and working through some of the challenging moments in your life.
I have experience working with both youth and adults in areas such as substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal relationships, and goal setting. I work from several different frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Self-Compassion, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in creating meaningful change. Building trust and safety allows us to work together in ways that foster healing, growth and resilience. I approach each person with empathy and respect, ensuring that each client feels seen and supported in their unique life journey. I look forward to working with you to find the best path to reach your goals.
